Covid-19 advice for visitors.

We’ve been asked by the Government to review our visiting policies with consideration of the impending Covid-19 arrival.

With this in mind we have decided to ban all non essential visitors from entering our care homes.

This means that from today only staff, health care professionals and people necessary to ensure the business can run will be permitted to enter the buildings.

Families will be invited to attend where needed or necessary.

This does not mean that residents cannot leave or spend time with family members however we respectfully request that everyone takes sensible and reasonable precautions to avoid the virus from reaching our residents and staff.

Everyone entering our buildings must make sure they thoroughly wash their hands and if you have any new flu like symptoms or a fever you must stay away.

We have facilities to support residents to video call families where requested via Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp video or messenger video.

Thank you.
